OFC Properties was born out of the need to fully service the properties where the One Fifty Capital businesses were situated. Through various upgrades and revamps to recently-acquired businesses, the shareholders quickly realised that it would be more beneficial to the business to manage these projects internally and as such, OFC Properties was born.

Comprising of just a small management team in 2015, the business has now grown to include rental, finance, facilities & maintenance, tenant liaison, legal and marketing departments. All aspects of the property business are managed in-house by a group of highly skilled individuals, each experts in their selected fields.
